Manana Levashov-Tumanishvili

After years of studying and practicing at prestigious institutions in Oxford, Lüneburg, and Berlin, Manana Levashov-Tumanishvili developed her own unique therapy method. Her approach proactively targets deep-rooted programming that sabotage one's life and self in a short period of time and her main goal is to help you find the power within. In 2024, she founded the Intensive Therapy Centre in Georgia and the Social Anxiety Centre in Germany.

Manana is passionate about bringing dedicated and compassionate therapists and counselors into her practice. She is looking for professionals who take therapy with deep love and care and are eager to embrace the intensive and proactive model of psychotherapy. Manana offers comprehensive training to ensure therapists are well-equipped to deliver her intensive therapy method effectively.

"There is enormous power and wisdom within each of us. My goal as your therapist is to give you all the tools, self-knowledge, and awareness necessary for you to reconnect with your power. My determination from the beginning is for you to become so well-equipped that you no longer need my help. The power is within you, not outside of you.

Over the years, I felt very disappointed with the limitations of classical psychotherapy methods. I saw monotonous, distanced approaches to dealing with patients, with 1 hour sessions that did not leave room for deeper exploration and transformation. There was only time and space to tackle the surface (20%), while the rest (80%) remained unexplored. This disappointment drove me to gain the education, experience, and knowledge necessary to create a new, more effective approach centred on nurturing and exploring the soul as deeply as possible.

My approach is focus-oriented, intensive, and proactive. Its main focus is not to assign a certain diagnosis but to fully understand you and help you understand yourself. It is fully individualized on your needs and dedicated to helping you excel and thrive. Therapy process does not stop when the session ends - whether it’s during the sessions or in between them, I am here to support your progress.
