  • 3 intensive individual therapy sessions for each partner (2-3 hours per session)

  • 2 joint therapy sessions (2-3 hours each)

  • Tailored therapy plans for each partner, addressing individual needs

  • Ongoing email and messaging support between sessions for both partners

  • Progress tracking and feedback for both personal and relational growth

  • Focus on individual transformation and improving the relationship

  • Practical exercises and tasks to enhance communication and connection

After we have completed the groundwork through the therapy package, you can schedule single check-up sessions whenever needed, based on your needs and preferences, to track your progress and address any new concerns.

All individual and couple therapy sessions are conducted online via video calls for your convenience. Group therapy sessions, however, are location-based and held in person.
